The Reds Raised EPL Championship







The English Premier League 2019-20 was crowned by the Liverpool FC for the first time. It was a eight goal thriller match in Anfield were the Liverpool won the 5-3 victory over Chelsea. Liverpool entered the final with the total of 96 points.
The goals scorers of Liverpool FC were N Keïta, T. Alexander Arnold, G. Wijnaldum, R. Firmino, A. Oxlade Chamberlain and O. Giroud, T. Abraham, C. Pulisic for Chelsea FC. 

The Silverware cup was handed to the captain Jordan Henderson by the Liverpool legend Sir Kenny Dalglish. He became the first Liverpool captain to raise the Premier League trophy.

The current Champions League winners created a stunning and memorable moment in the history of  Liverpool FC through the Premier League title winning season. Liverpool made an eventful night in Anfield even without the presence of fans inside the stadium. No fans were allowed to watch the match due to the covid-19 restrictions. But they gathered and celebrated the victory outside Anfield.

The long awaited title is the reflection of hard work and dedication of the players and the manager, Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool has finished the season unbeaten at Anfield and also made a record of 59 home league matches without defeat, made the championship extra special.

He died but his legacy lives: Farewell to you Diego Maradona Anaswara V Rajan Argentina's Golden Boy died last day following a heart attack at home. He has various health issues over the years as  a result of his addictions. At the beginning of this month he was hospitalised and underwent emergency surgery for a subdural hemetoma. Maradona was born on 30 October 1960 in Lanus, Buenos Aires, a southern outskirts of Argentina. At age eight he showed up the signs of a talented player while playing in a neighbourhood club Estrella Roja. Then he became a smartest player in Los Cebollitas (The Little Onions), the junior team of Buenos Aires' Argentinos Juniors. The legend started his professional club career in 1976 in Argentinos juniors, became the youngest player in the history of Argentine Primera Division, a professional football league in Argentina.
