Bayern Munich emerged as victorious in the UEFA Champions League  By Anaswara V Rajan The Champions League season in 2020 has been ended with the victory of Bayern Munich over Paris Saint-Germain. The German giants defeated the French Champions with a single goal. The France International Kingsley Coman striked a brilliant shot in the 59th minute, which secured Bayern. It is Bayern's sixth Champions League title. Bayern Munich became the first side to win all the games of a UCL campaign. Both teams created chances in the first half but failed to find the net. With a Robert Lewandowski pass Thiago's first long range shot which was well off target. The PSG trio Neymar, Mbappe, and Di Maria too created chances. Joshua Kimmich defended Mbappe as well. Bayern Munich make it to the Champions League final By Anaswara V Rajan Bayern defeated Lyon to reach the Champions League final. With a double of Serge Gnabry and single of Robert Lewandowski set up Bayern on their way to a 3-0 win against Lyon. It was an incredible match.  Lyon made more fouls in the game. Lyon wins a free kick of Bayern's foul but they failed to score. In the 18th minute Gnabry fired an amazing shot from the top of the penalty box. Lyon conceded the second goal shortly before the half time. This was a close range goal of Gnabry. He named the Man of the Match. Lyon struggled for making lead against Bayern but they couldn't do as they wish. Bayern has more ball possession and they created more attempts in the game. Paris, in their first ever Champions League final By Anaswara V Rajan The French Champions PSG reached their first ever UEFA Champions League final by beating RB Leipzig. It was a 3-0 match we're Marcquinhos, Angel Di Maria, and Juan Bernat scored. PSG got a free kick chance in the first half when Leipzig defense fouled Neymar at the left corner outside the penalty box. Marcquinhos headed the subsequent free kick of Di Maria. When PSG got dominance, Leipzig struggled to score. But they conceded second goal with their own mistake three minutes before interval. Leipzig made as much chances to score but the ball haven't crossed PSG goalkeeper Rico Gonzalez. When the match is about to end PSG scored the third. With a beautiful cross of Di Maria, Juan Bernat found the net. With one goal scored and two assists Di Maria became Man of the Match. He said "we are them up from minute one." An Amazing journey of Lyonnais to semi final By Anaswara V Rajan Lyon into the semi-final after a 3-1 win over Manchester City. It was the last quarter final match in champions league. It was a complicated game. Maxwel Cornet scored the lead goal for Lyon. City came into action with Kevin De Bruyne's goal. Lyon was a bit stronger than them.  Moussa Dembele scored twice in the last 11 minute. City was not good enough in yesterday's game. They were ramping up the pressure from the first half. Cornet  scores the open goal for Lyon. They hold on their control in the first half itself. With Raheem Sterling's ball back for Bruyne, he scored an equaliser. Through that pretty goal he pull up City to their hope in winning champions leauge. Lyon respond very soon, very well with the the substitute Dembele's double.
